Hey, I am Ovi
Since the early years of my career, I have loved creating open-source packages and contributing to the community. Some of my packages have garnered tens of thousands of downloads.

What do I get exactly?
ShipClojure provides a starter kit built fully on Clojure stack. The stack is: Clojure, Reitit, Integrant for backend and Clojurescript, Uix & Tailwind for frontend. The kit comes with authentication, payment integration, UI components, Example pages and deployment strategies. It includes detailed documentation + support to help you launch faster.
Can I get a refund?
Once purchased, you gain permanent access to ShipClojure and all its future updates. Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds are generally not provided. However, I want the Clojure community to benefit from ShipClojure so if you truly feel it does not give you value, you can have a refund within 30 days.
Is this a web framework?
No, this is a starter kit made from a collection of tools to make it easy for you to focus on building products, not glue stuff together. It holds to the Clojure philosophy of composable tools that work together. Most of the tools used can be swapped by others based on preference and the code is structured to make this easy.
Can I use a different tech stack?
You can change many aspects of the tech stack. Some parts are easier to change than others. For example it is easier to change from reitit to compojure than it is to change styling from tailwind to another CSS styling framework. ShipClojure uses the most performant and popular stack in the clojure ecosystem however you are free to change whatever you like.
Is ShipClojure suitable for beginners?
ShipClojure is beginner-friendly, with detailed documentation and support through email or discord to guide you through the setup process. It’s a great way to learn Clojure & Clojurescript and modern frontend technologies while building a real-world project.
Is this just a template?
ShipClojure is more than just a template. It’s a starter kit that includes various ready-to-use pages and components which you can easily adapt or extend. Think of it as a significant head start in your development process, complete with built-in solutions for common web application features like user management, subscription billing, and more.
How does ShipClojure compare to other Clojure Starter Kits?
Most clojure starter kits only focus on wiring together all of the libraries to obtain a working basic fullstack application. ShipClojure does this + offer many examples of advanced usages like social login with google, a full UI library, example UI pages, user settings, secure authentication, payments and much more.
